¿WHAT IS THE COST OF POSTAGE?

The costs of postage vary depending on the number and volume of items selected, as well as the destination country.

During certain promotional periods, postage costs will be free. These periods will be announced on the website or through a newsletter.

TYPES OF DISPATCH

At Paula Urban we offer various types of shipping depending on the country of destination.

SPAIN.

Standard 48 to 72 hours

In Peninsula (Spain) € 4.80 - Free shipping for purchases over € 50.

Balearic Islands (Spain) € 9.90 - Free shipping for purchases over € 50.

For other countries, the shipping amount will appear in the shopping cart before making the payment.

Shipments to the United States, Canada and Australia are delivered in 3 to 4 days.

For the rest of the countries, including Europe, the delivery time is 5 to 7 days.

¿ HOW DOES SHIPPING TO A PARTICULAR ADDRESS WORK?

Once you finish the purchase, your order will enter the sending process, you can follow it at any time from the Order History section.

After the Accepted Payment, your order is launched.

1. Pending shipment: we have not yet started preparing your order.

2. In preparation: we are preparing your order for shipment today.

3. Shipped: your order is already with the carrier, you will receive it shortly!

Yes, from the moment you make your purchase you can check the status of your order in the Order History section and with the tracking code that we will send you.

When your order is shipped and leaves our warehouse, we will send you an informative email, with a tracking number, from the shipping company, so that you can also check with them at all times, the status of your order.
